Responsive Industries Limited is a company incorporated and registered in India for manufacturing various PVC based products and Synthetic Ropes using Polypropylene and Polyethylene. Its only one of its kind to process all the three polymers under the same roof using state of art technology imported from various parts of the world. The plant is located in Mumbai the commercial capital of India very near to the Port, which enables it to cater to all parts of the world for its products which are acclaimed for its quality, consistency of supply and prompt shipments. The main product lines of Responsive are Soft Sheeting, Leather Cloth, Rigid Blister Films, Synthetic Ropes and Floorings.

 Floor Coverings:

Floorings manufactured by us forms the major contribution to our bottom line and revenues of the company. We manufacture the entire gambit of PVC floors, which include Single Layered Homogenous, Multi Layered Heterogeneous, Safety & Transport floorings, Anti Static/Conductive flooring and Sports flooring.

 Certifications:

We are one of the few manufacturers in the world, who are providing such a vast variety of floorings under one roof. We are manufacturing the above mentioned flooring in sheet and tile form thru latest technology imported from world over. All our floorings adhere to strict norms set under international guidelines and have been certified under the ASTM and EN norms. We are also CE marked. Our company also boasts of the prestigious ISO 9001: 2008 and 14001: 2008 certification.

 Applications:

Our floorings can cater to the needs and wants of any segment using vinyl floorings. We make floors which are used in commercial establishments such as Hospitals, Malls, Manufacturing Industries, Educational Institutions, Hotels, Auditoriums, Children Play Areas, Sporting Arenas, Gymnasiums, Train Coaches, Buses and many more. We also fulfill the needs of floorings required in the residential settings and other low expense communities.

 Homogeneous Floorings:

Our brands in the Single layered Homogeneous segment include Garnet, Spica, Vega Plus and Talitha. All our products are PUR ReInforced. Being PUR ReInforced, our floorings do not require waxing or polishing for life thereby reducing maintenance costs considerably.

 Heterogeneous Floorings:

The Multi Layered Heterogeneous segment comprises of the Zeta Series which has Zeta Naos, Zeta Spectra, Zeta Wood Essence, Zeta Kongo, Zeta Ghana and Zeta Pegasus. These find their uses in residential and semi commercial settings. Zeta Timber, Zeta Briar and Zeta Wood Essence are the wood grain patterns that are available in the sheet form.  The need for real wooden floors is catered to by our range of Zeta Kongo, Zeta Ghana and Zeta Pegasus which are in the strip form and lay just as real wooden strips. Zeta Spectra, and Zeta Naos with the multi colored patterns light up any area that they are put in.

 Safety & Transport Floorings:

Regor, Canopus and Canopus Plus complete our Safety and Transport Floor segment. With their high Anti Slip rating they are providing great comfort for people using it in wet rooms, buses or train coaches. They also help reduce dead weight by replacing traditional anti slip floors such as aluminum chequered sheets.

    Anti Static/Conductive Floorings:

Being one of the very few Sheet manufacturers in the Anti Static/Conductive area we are able to offer services to sophisticates needs of the computer and Hospital industry, a segment where the slightest static discharge can cause unimaginable and irreversible damage, ranging from destruction of property to loss of life. This series consists of Electra (Anti Static) and Electra Plus (Conductive) range. We can also provide tiles if a customer desires so.

 Sports Floorings:

Polaris Punch and Polaris Footwork, our sports flooring range is used in variety of sports activities such as Basketball, Table Tennis, Fencing, Lawn Tennis, Gymnasiums etc. It is also used in auditoriums for its sound absorption qualities and in children play areas to provide cushioning to the fall.

 Alternative Floorings:

We also make printed flooring to offer floors to the needs of short term users or users who look for inexpensive flooring solutions. These floorings are used in make shift camps, low income housing and other such areas. Their usual thickness varies from 0.40mm to 2.00mm.  

  Soft Sheeting:

Soft sheeting’s find their applications in fabrication of Rain wears, Shower Curtains, File Folders, Diary covers, Baby Nappies, Lining material and various other uses. The products are mainly exported to third world countries like Nigeria, Mombassa, Kenya, and Sudan. 

 Artificial Leather/Leather Cloth:

Leather cloth manufactured by the company finds its application in Shoe uppers, Ladies purses, Upholstery in offices, residential and automobiles. Company is mainly catering to Railways, State transport buses, Coaches and automobiles manufacturer in India as well as the products are exported to United States, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Sudan.

 Rigid PVC Blister:

Rigid Blister Films which is used mainly in pharmaceutical packing for packing capsules and tablets as well as injections. Our company is the only company in India to get registered with the DMF of United States while company exports this to France, UK and United States. We are suppliers to nearly 400 pharmaceutical companies in India as well as also cater to foods and confectionery industries for their packing needs.

 Synthetic Ropes:

Synthetic Ropes manufactured by the company is mainly exported to nearly 65 countries in the world, which is mainly used in shipping industry for docking the vessels to the port as well as in oilrigs. We are the one who supply each coil of our ropes under Germanisher Lloyds certificate certifying the breaking strength and indicating a indirect insurance to the users that if the rope snaps out on to the load stated in the certificate and if the vessel is damaged due to that then the entire damages would be paid by the certifying agency. We are the leaders in this industry and have one of the largest manufacturing capacities in the world.
